Lunch on the Mediterranean, anyone?

Great news!  Recent research supports the healthy aspects of eating a Mediterranean diet.  Include some beans, fruits and vegetables, fish, nuts, and olive oil.  Add a small bowl of whole grain pasta.  Then, Mediterranean-style, savor the flavors.
