Food ads and a teenager’s (YOUR) brain

Have you ever watched an hour or two of TV as a study break, and suddenly decided that you HAD to eat something, even if you weren’t hungry or planning on eating?   If so, read this:

Finding some study break options which exclude food advertisements might just be worth it.  Food marketing is a highly developed industry, so minimizing your brain’s exposure to food ads seems like a great idea.  The title of this tiger photo is “Relaxation”.  Take a second look at it,  and consider practice chilling without technology.
